Quarterly, I personally go to the Tokyo auctions to buy cars. This affords me a closer, more personal look over of the vehicle I am choosing. When I go to the auction personally, I get to start the car, listen to the engine, look it over, drive it around the grounds, feel the ac blowing in my face. There is a nominal fee for this service.
We have delivered well over 50 cars for customers using this service with high customer satisfaction. We clearly explain everything in advance and in writing so as to minimize and prevent confusion and misunderstandings. All costs are explained and laid out in writing in advance so there are no surprises.
